We had an amazing stay at Bambootel Sawah View while celebrating our anniversary. The place is absolutely beautiful with stunning architecture and a very peaceful atmosphere. We booked the 2-bedroom villa because the 1-bedroom option wasn’t available, and it turned out to be incredible. The villa was spacious and surrounded by amazing views. Ari, our host, was fantastic—very attentive and welcoming. All the staff were kind and took great care of us. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious. Highly recommend this place if you visit Ubud!

Asked along the way.
Can guests stay overnight at the venue?+
Yes. Bambootel Sawah View is a hotel, so accommodations are built into the property. This eliminates transportation hassles for out-of-town guests and allows for multi-day celebration options.
What's the actual capacity range?+
The venue accommodates 20-150 guests depending on event setup and which spaces you book (ceremony lawn, reception hall, or combined areas).
How far is this from Ubud or other tourist areas?+
Tampaksiring is approximately 30-40 minutes from central Ubud. The location is quieter and more rural than Ubud's main village, offering stronger agricultural character.
Are meals and catering included?+
Contact the venue directly through bambootel.com for current catering packages. Hotel venues typically bundle F&B options, but pricing varies by guest count and menu selection.
What's the best time of year for a wedding here?+
Dry season (April-October) provides more predictable weather. Wet season (November-March) brings dramatic skies and lush paddy colors, but requires stronger weather contingency plans.
