I had a lovely stay at Cicada Resort Bali Ubud, Autograph Collection with my husband. The highlight of our stay was definitely the villa itself. especially the private pool with hot water, which made the experience incredibly relaxing and unique. Being able to enjoy a warm private pool in the peaceful Ubud atmosphere felt absolutely perfect. Overall, the service from check-in to check-out was consistently good. Not overly extravagant, but very pleasant, smooth, and comfortable throughout the stay, which we truly appreciated. The restaurant was also enjoyable, with good food and a nice atmosphere. The staff across the resort were very kind and genuinely helpful during our stay. We did experience a small issue with the bathtub in our villa, but the team handled it very professionally and fixed it promptly, which showed their responsiveness and care for guests. Another detail that deserves appreciation is the service with luggage. The property has quite a lot of stairs due to the natural landscape, yet the staff still assisted with carrying our luggage just like other Marriott properties. That level of attentiveness was something we really respected. All in all, it was a very enjoyable and peaceful stay, especially perfect for couples looking for a quiet escape in Ubud.
