Aisle is a private atelier for destination weddings: a small team, a quiet tool, a global book of places. Bring the vision. We bring the logistics, the local contacts, and a patience your spreadsheet does not have.

Write your wedding

Or write to us with a season. Often the first letter begins with a place, Ravello, which we are happy to suggest.

Places we know
by first name.

Aisle begins with where. Seven regions, held open — from the Amalfi to the Aegean, the Andes to the Atlas. Each destination read as carefully as the couple.

A new region opens each season. Chile — Atacama, spring 2027.

It felt less like planning a wedding and more like writing to a friend who happened to live there.

I sent one message at eleven at night asking whether the taverna would open early for our rehearsal. By morning it was done, and there was a small note attached about the weather.

This is how
Aisle works.

No feature list, no dashboard tour. Below is the entire product, set as a letter.

Aisle · § IIIAn open letter04 / 12

Dear reader,

When you begin, you sign in and open your folio. It is a full wedding planning desk — the guest list, seating, RSVPs, itineraries, vendors and the budget all in one place, with an assistant that quietly drafts, tallies, and remembers on your behalf. When you would rather a person, you write to Walt, or Perrie, or Nastassy. You may write at midnight. By morning, there will be a reply.

Your guests meet Aisle through a small site set like a card. They RSVP, they choose the chicken or the fish, they note the cousin who cannot climb stairs, they send a photograph of the dog. The answers arrive on your side already tallied, already seated, already kind.

Everything (the flowers, the flights, the weather the week prior, the cousin, the dog) lives in one folio.Ask it a question in plain language; it answers from what it knows about your wedding. Change your mind about the welcome dinner, and the itinerary, the rooming, the driver, the florist’s note all catch up on their own.

So: a dashboard, yes. A proper one. With a chat that can read a contract, a guest list that seats itself if you ask, an itinerary that knows which vendors to email when the time changes. Useful, and quiet. Behind it, a small team of patient people, for the questions a tool should not answer alone.

That is the whole of it. One letter, one folio, one team. We are, as ever, yours.

P.S.There is, of course, a great deal of product underneath all this: the dashboard, the assistant, the guest site, the itinerary builder. We will show you every pixel of it on request. We just did not think a feature list was the right way to begin.

06 — Questions

The ones we are
most often asked.

If none of these answer yours, write to the desk — a person replies.

What is a destination wedding website?+

A destination wedding website is a dedicated site that helps couples share all the details guests need for a wedding away from home — including travel logistics, accommodation options, event schedules, and RSVP management. Aisle builds these automatically with an AI-powered setup flow.

How do I manage RSVPs for a destination wedding?+

Aisle provides one-tap RSVP functionality built into each guest's personalized portal. Guests verify with their phone number — no account creation or app download needed — and can RSVP, select meals, and view travel details all in one place. You get a real-time dashboard showing attendance, dietary restrictions, and meal selections.

Can guests RSVP without downloading an app?+

Yes. Aisle is a mobile-friendly web app — guests simply open a link in their browser and verify with their phone number. There is no app to download, no account to create, and no password to remember. Everything works instantly on any device.

How does the AI wedding planning assistant work?+

Aisle's AI assistant uses natural language to help you set up your wedding site. You can type commands like "Add a welcome dinner on Friday at 7pm" or "Put my college friends in the Villa Rosa room block" and the assistant handles it. It guides you through onboarding conversationally and can manage guests, events, and logistics throughout your planning process.

What travel planning features does Aisle include?+

Aisle lets you add airports, shuttle services, rental car options, train connections, and other transport modes with estimated costs, travel times, and booking links. Guests see personalized travel information in their portal, making it easy to plan their trip to your destination wedding.

Is Aisle free to use?+

Yes, Aisle is free to get started — no credit card required. You can create your wedding website, add events and guests, and set up your entire site without paying anything.

What is the best destination wedding website builder?+

Aisle is purpose-built for destination weddings — unlike general wedding website builders, it includes travel coordination, accommodation management, guest portals with personalized logistics, and an AI assistant that helps you plan conversationally. If your wedding involves guests traveling to a destination, Aisle handles the complexity that other platforms ignore.

How does AI help with destination wedding planning?+

Aisle's AI assistant lets you set up and manage your wedding using natural language. You can say things like "Add a welcome dinner on Friday at 7pm at Villa Rufolo" or "Put my college friends in the Villa Rosa room block" and the assistant handles it instantly. It also guides you through the initial setup conversationally, so you can go from zero to a complete wedding website in minutes.

How much does Aisle cost?+

Aisle is free for weddings with up to 50 guests — no credit card required. For larger destination weddings, our Premium plan is a one-time payment of $199 (not a subscription). This includes unlimited guests, custom domain support, room block assignments, data export, and more. See our pricing page for the full comparison.

How is Aisle different from Zola, The Knot, or WithJoy?+

Aisle is purpose-built for destination weddings, while Zola, The Knot, and WithJoy are general wedding platforms. Aisle includes travel coordination, accommodation management with room blocks, guest portals with personalized logistics, and an AI assistant — features that general platforms either lack entirely or treat as afterthoughts. If your wedding involves guests traveling to a destination, Aisle handles the complexity that other platforms don't.

Can I use Aisle for an international destination wedding?+

Absolutely. Aisle supports weddings in 50+ destinations worldwide including Italy, Greece, Mexico, Bali, Thailand, and more. Each destination guide includes local travel logistics, cultural tips, legal requirements, and venue recommendations. Your guest portal automatically displays relevant travel info like airports, transport options, and visa requirements for international guests.

How far in advance should I set up my wedding website?+

Ideally, create your wedding website 9–12 months before your wedding date. This gives guests plenty of time to plan travel and accommodation, especially for destination weddings where early booking saves money. You can set up your Aisle site in minutes and add details over time — start with the basics and fill in vendor, travel, and event details as your plans solidify.

What information do guests see on their portal?+

Each guest gets a personalized portal showing: a welcome message with their name, the full event schedule with times, venues, and dress codes, their RSVP status with meal selection options, travel information including airports and transport, their accommodation details and roommate assignments, and any FAQs you've added. Guests access everything through a phone-verified web link — no app needed.

Can I manage room blocks and accommodation assignments?+

Yes. Aisle lets you add multiple accommodation options (hotels, villas, resorts) with details like check-in times, capacity, and pricing. You can assign guests to specific properties and rooms, track occupancy, and share accommodation info directly through each guest's portal. Guests see exactly where they're staying without having to search through emails.

Does Aisle work for multi-day wedding weekends?+

Yes — Aisle is designed specifically for multi-day wedding events, which are standard for destination weddings. You can add unlimited events across multiple days: welcome dinners, ceremony, reception, farewell brunches, group activities, and more. Each event includes its own time, venue, dress code, and description, and guests can RSVP per-event.

How do guests verify their identity on Aisle?+

Guests verify with their phone number — no passwords, no account creation, and no app to download. When a guest opens their personalized link, they enter their phone number to receive a verification code. Once verified, they can access their portal with all their wedding details. This keeps your wedding site private and secure while being frictionless for guests.

Can I customize the design of my wedding website?+

Yes. You can customize your wedding website's colors, fonts, and hero images to match your wedding aesthetic. Choose from curated color palettes or set custom colors, pick from elegant font pairings, and upload your own engagement photos or destination imagery. Preview exactly what your guests will see before publishing.

What is the typical planning timeline for a destination wedding?+

Most destination weddings take 12–18 months to plan. Key milestones: choose your destination and venue (12–18 months out), send save-the-dates (10–12 months), book vendors (9–12 months), send invitations (8–9 months), collect RSVPs and book room blocks (6–9 months), and finalize details (3–6 months). Setting up your Aisle website early helps communicate logistics to guests throughout this timeline.
