From us to you

We planned our own wedding at Castel Fragsburg. A hundred and ten invitations, eighty people who made it, and a hotel bill we needed to split.

We couldn’t find one tool that did all of it, so we built the one we wanted: the venue, the site, the guests, the rooms, and a real inbox you can write to. You can use Aisle with a venue you found here or one you’ve already booked.

Why do we do it? We do it for the love of people, for the love of connection and relationships. In this day and age, as a society we need to be intentional about caring about others and maintaining human connection. We started Aisle in the hopes of making it that much easier to bring loved ones together to celebrate life. We believe that if we make it easier, people will do it more often and the world will become a better place.

Is Aisle free to use?
You can create an account, build your website, add guests and organize your checklist for free. Publishing and guest communications require membership. Start a 7-day trial with a card, then pay $19.99 USD a month unless you cancel. Texting starts with your first payment. Guest-payment fees and domain purchases are separate. The venue directory and public planning tools need no account.
Do we need a venue or a date before we start?
No. You can start with or without a booked venue or a wedding date. Build your guest list and website, or search for venues by location, guest count and timing. Add your confirmed venue and date when you have them.
Can guests RSVP without downloading an app?
Yes. Guests open your wedding website in a browser and use the phone number or email address on your guest list to find their invitation. No app or separate Aisle account is needed. If you enable code verification, guests also need access to the phone number on their invitation.
Can I manage room blocks and accommodation assignments?
Yes. Add the hotels, villas or other accommodation you have arranged, then list rooms, rates and check-in details. Assign guests to rooms or let them choose, collect room payments through your site and track reservations from your dashboard.
Can I customize the design of my wedding website?
Yes. Choose your colors, fonts and cover photos, then add your schedule, travel details and other sections. Preview your site as a guest before publishing. You can also add custom sections with your own words, photos or supported HTML.
How much does Aisle cost?
Aisle membership costs $19.99 USD a month after a 7-day trial with a card required. It includes your published wedding website, RSVPs, rooms and planning tools. The standard guest limit is 600. Guest payments carry a 5% fee, which you can cover or pass to guests. Connecting a domain you own is included; buying one costs extra at the price shown before purchase. What is a destination wedding website?
A destination wedding website shares the details guests need for a wedding away from home: the schedule, places to stay, travel information and RSVP form. Aisle lets you build and update those details in one place.
How do I manage RSVPs for a destination wedding?
Add your guests and events, then share your wedding website. Guests reply to the events they are invited to and can choose meals and add dietary notes. Your dashboard shows attendance and outstanding replies for each event.
How does the AI wedding planning assistant work?
Elena is Aisle’s AI wedding planner. Ask her to find venues, estimate a budget or help organize your plans. With an account and the required access, she can update your wedding, such as adding a welcome dinner or organizing a pasted guest list.
What travel planning features does Aisle include?
Add airports, shuttles, rental cars and train connections with travel times, estimated costs and booking links. Share the options relevant to each guest or group on your wedding website.
What is the best destination wedding website builder?
The right builder depends on what your guests need. For a destination wedding, look for per-event RSVPs, travel details, room booking and payments. Aisle combines those with your guest list and planning tools, and works with a venue you have already booked.
How does AI help with destination wedding planning?
AI can help you compare venues, estimate costs and organize wedding details. In Aisle, Elena also has tools to update your wedding when you ask. Give her a specific task, such as adding an event, then review the result in your dashboard.
How is Aisle different from Zola, The Knot, or WithJoy?

Can I use Aisle for an international destination wedding?
Yes. You can use Aisle for a wedding abroad, add your venue and share travel and accommodation details with guests. Add the current entry requirements that apply to your guests, with links to official guidance. Aisle does not automatically determine each guest’s visa requirements.
How far in advance should I set up my wedding website?
Set up your website when you have useful details to share, such as a destination, date or venue. For a wedding abroad, early notice gives guests time to consider travel and leave from work. You can publish the basics and update rooms, events and travel details as plans are confirmed.
What information do guests see on their portal?
Guests see the website sections you publish and the events they are invited to, including times, places and dress codes. Their invitation can also show RSVPs, meal choices, assigned rooms, travel details and your answers to common questions.
Does Aisle work for multi-day wedding weekends?
Yes. Add welcome dinners, the ceremony, reception, farewell brunch and other events across your wedding weekend. Set the time, place, dress code and guest audience for each event, then collect replies and meal choices where needed.
How do guests verify their identity on Aisle?
Guests enter the phone number or email address on your guest list to find their invitation. You can require an SMS verification code for additional access checks. When that setting is on, the guest needs access to the phone number on their invitation, even if they start with an email address.
What is the typical planning timeline for a destination wedding?
Start with your guest list, budget and venue. Then arrange rooms, suppliers and the travel details guests need. Work back from your wedding date and the actual deadlines in your contracts. Room-release dates, final guest counts, payments and legal paperwork have their own deadlines; a general planning checklist does not replace them.
