- The schedule
- Build the weekend hour by hour. Times are stored in the venue timezone, so 4pm in Ravello reads 4pm to a guest sitting in Ohio.
- Audiences per event
- Invite a group, guests staying at one hotel or selected individuals to an event.
- Seating
- Lay out tables, drag guests onto them, and each event seats only the people expected at that event. Print the chart for the venue.
- Transport
- Add shuttles, transfers, trains, and car hire with times and costs, and put them in front of the guests they apply to.
- Dress codes
- Set one per event from a written library, so "black tie optional" says what you mean by it.

Can I use Aisle with a venue I already booked?
Yes. Add your venue and start with your website, guest list and rooms. You do not need to book a venue through Aisle.
What does Aisle actually do?
Aisle helps you find a venue, build a wedding website and manage guests, RSVPs, rooms, payments and your schedule. You can use a venue you have already booked. Elena, the AI planner, can help update your plans. Build for free; membership is $19.99 USD a month after a 7-day trial with a card required. Texting starts with your first payment. Can guests book and pay for their hotel room through my wedding website?
Yes. You hold blocks at one or more properties, list the rooms and their nightly price, and guests book and pay through your wedding website. The money settles to your own bank account through Stripe. Aisle keeps 5%, and you choose whether that comes out of your payout or is added to the guest total as a visible line.
Does Aisle handle RSVPs for more than one event?
Yes. Each event has its own audience, so a guest sees only what they were invited to, and one headline reply fills in every event they are invited to. If a guest answers a single event differently, that answer survives later changes to their overall reply. Meals and dietary notes are recorded per event rather than once for the whole weekend.
Can I use my own domain for my wedding website?
Yes. Connecting a domain you own is included with membership. Domain purchases are billed annually at the price shown before you buy; renewal is quoted separately. We email you 30 days before renewal and charge 14 days before expiry if renewal is enabled.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open your link in a browser and use the phone number or email address on your guest list to find their invitation. If you require code verification, they also need access to the phone number on their invitation. No app or separate Aisle account is needed.
Can I group guests and message only some of them?
Yes. Tag guests into groups such as college friends or the Thursday dinner, and put households into one party that can reply together. Broadcasts and event audiences both read those groups, so you can text only the guests staying at one hotel or only the ones who have not replied yet.
Does Aisle send text messages to guests?
Yes. SMS supports international phone numbers, with delivery depending on the destination and carrier. Guests can also choose WhatsApp and give permission to receive messages there. Texting starts with your first membership payment. Guests can reply, and Elena can answer questions from your wedding details when enabled.
What can Elena do that a chatbot cannot?
Elena has tools connected to your wedding. She adds events, imports a pasted guest list, assigns rooms, applies a site theme, updates RSVPs, and answers guest texts from your live schedule. She also runs on the public site before you have an account, and anything you tell her there carries into your dashboard when you sign up.
Is there a free version of Aisle?
Create your account, add guests, edit your site and organize your checklist for free. Publishing, event management, rooms and guest communications require membership. What happens to my wedding website after the wedding?
Cancel whenever the planning is done and the guest site stays online, photo gallery included. Your data stays exportable. The dashboard returns to free preview; publishing, sends and payment management require membership.
