How a planner gets access, and where the weddings live

There are two ways in. A couple invites you from their own settings, under Who can get in, and you see everything they see. Or you start the wedding yourself from your planner account and invite the couple later, or not at all.

Either way, every wedding you are connected to sits in one list. Each card carries the couple, the date, the city, how many guests have said yes against how many are invited, when you last heard from them and any unread messages. An invitation waiting on you is marked pending, and you accept or decline it there. Open a card and you are in that wedding’s guests, events and seating.

If your studio has teammates, they share the weddings the studio manages, including new ones. Two things follow that are worth knowing: an invitation a couple sent you personally keeps its own permissions and is not shared with the whole team, and taking someone off the studio does not remove them from a wedding they have already opened.
