Effective Date: April 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Aisle (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false registration information, or remain inactive for an extended period.

4. User Content
“User Content” means any text, images, data, guest information, event details, or other materials you submit, upload, or display through the Service. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
We do not claim ownership of your wedding details, guest lists, event information, or any other personal content you provide. Upon account deletion, we will remove your User Content in accordance with our data retention policies described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Guest Data and Phone Verification
The Service allows you to collect and manage information about your wedding guests, including names, contact information, RSVPs, dietary preferences, and accommodation assignments. You are the data controller for your guest data and are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate consent or legal basis to collect and process this information.
Guests access their personalized portals through phone number verification. By inviting guests to your wedding website, you represent that you have the authority to share the website link and that guests have been informed their phone number will be used for identity verification purposes.
6. AI Assistant
The Service includes an AI-powered wedding planning assistant. The AI assistant is provided as a convenience tool and its suggestions, recommendations, and outputs are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated recommendations regarding venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics are suggestions only and should be independently verified.
- The AI assistant does not provide legal, financial, immigration, or professional wedding planning advice.
- Interactions with the AI assistant may be logged and used to improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI assistant output.
6.1 MCP (Model Context Protocol) Access
Aisle provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables third-party AI assistants to interact with the Service on your behalf. By connecting your Aisle account to a third-party AI assistant through OAuth, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You authorize the connected AI assistant to read and modify your wedding data, including wedding details, guest lists, events, and registry items.
- Actions performed by AI assistants on your behalf (such as adding or removing guests, creating events, or updating wedding details) are treated as actions taken by you. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any changes made.
- Budget estimates, venue recommendations, vendor suggestions, and planning timelines provided through the MCP are approximate and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice or binding quotes.
- Aisle is not responsible for how third-party AI assistants process, store, retain, or display your data once it has been transmitted through the MCP. You should review the privacy policies and terms of service of any AI assistant you connect.
- You may revoke an AI assistant’s access to your account at any time by disconnecting the integration from your AI assistant’s settings.
- Public data (venue and vendor listings, planning guides) is accessible through the MCP without authentication and is not subject to access revocation.
7. Venue Directory and Marketplace
The Service includes a directory of destination wedding venues sourced from publicly available data, including the Google Places API. Venue descriptions, cost estimates, travel logistics, and other supplementary content may be generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for general informational purposes only.
You acknowledge that:
- Venue information, including pricing, availability, capacity, and descriptions, may not be fully accurate or up to date. You should verify all details directly with the venue before making commitments.
- AI-generated venue descriptions and cost estimates are approximations and do not constitute quotes, offers, or guarantees from the venue.
- Venue photos are sourced from publicly available data and may not reflect the current state of the venue.
- Aisle does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any venue listed in the directory.
- Venue owners may claim and manage their listing. Claimed listings may contain information provided directly by the venue owner, which Aisle does not independently verify.
8. Destination Wedding Information
The Service provides informational content about destination wedding locations, including venue suggestions, legal requirements, travel logistics, vendor recommendations, and estimated costs. This information is provided for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional legal, travel, or wedding planning advice.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of destination information, venue availability, pricing, visa requirements, marriage laws, or any other location-specific details. Laws, regulations, and requirements vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change. You are solely responsible for verifying all destination-specific requirements with the appropriate local authorities, embassies, and legal counsel.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any purpose other than planning and managing wedding events

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AISLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aisle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
16. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data prior to account deletion.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
19. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aisle regarding the Service.
