Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Already after the booking the communication was fast and all reuqests were handled by the hotel - wine tour, car, taxi, etc. I really appreciate that service. During the stay everything was organized around the guest and their needs. The flight was cancelled on the day of dpearture. The hotel quickly arranged a room, transport and late dinner at 10p in the evening. 5 stars - this is an oustanding customer experience.
