If you've read any of the other reviews, it will come as no surprise that everything was fantastic. The owners Coskun and Artemis are thoroughly lovely people and the embodiment of hospitality. They take obvious pride on their work, and boy does it show. The breakfast is gorgeous vegan homecooking by Artemis and varies daily. What does not vary is the impeccable quality. The complementary evening nibbles (homemade, obviously) were a lovely touch. The room was spacious, elegant and comfortable. Also, if you like cats and possibly miss your own, the semi-adopted couple Sheriff and Lady may take very little convincing to join you in your room and cure any feline homesickness. If we ever return to Santorini, Ethos will be our homebase for sure. No notes, perfect stay. Thank you for making our first stay in Greece so special!
