Less than one night into our stay and we already wanted to leave. Staff made me pay for coffee at 11:02, just two minutes after breakfast “closed,” even though my partner and I had already paid for breakfast. We hadn’t eaten anything, yet they still charged us for two coffees. Shocking and rude customer service – definitely not the kind of hospitality you expect when staying at a hotel.
