We had a nice honeymoon here despite the first rainy days of the whole season (nearly our whole stay) and me getting a cold. The private beach is absolutely gorgeous and we were the only ones there every time we went. You need a car but Yannis made it easy to rent one. There are two bakeries in walking distance (the second one was our favorite).. Even the first week in October there was still a good open restaurant in walking distance (Kontos). Kontos was really helpful too, giving us tips about the island. We were in two different rooms during our stay. The second was much more spacious and recently renovated and with the rainy weather, we really appreciated the comfort it provided. The first was smaller and had everything we needed but even so the upgrade was a nice surprise. From the apartment we found it easy to drive to nearby villages and hikes (Apiranthos and Filoti as well as the old port). Food was amazing everywhere we went and Yannis surprised us a couple times with treats. Thanks for making our honeymoon so memorable and special!
