Great!, Great food, Visited with 3 young children (3, 5, 7) with the all-inclusive package. The food is great and very generous with a welcoming team that always tries to help and with a smile. A few specific dishes require additional cost, but it's very few, and it doesn't feel like they push you towards them, we paid for 2-3 such dishes It's great without paying anything additional. The kids (and us :) ) ate so much during meals that we almost never ate anything additional outside of meals. Dinner starts at 19:00 which can be a bit late for some children. The pools are already slightly cold during early October, but our kids managed to be in them for 15 minutes at a time. The "heated pool" is not relevant. it's small, internal, very slightly heated, and you can use it for about 30-45 minutes a day when the spa is not being used. The small attractions in the resort such as mini-golf, kids club, ... are great to keep the kids occupied from time to time. But don't expect something huge. Rooms are fine, not huge, but it was very convenient. kids on bottom floor and parents on upper one by default

An exceptional experience overall. The resort offers a wide variety of facilities tailored to every need, making it an ideal choice for families with children. The pools are perfect for relaxation and fun, while the dining options are excellent, with delicious food served throughout our stay. The staff are genuinely welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The views are absolutely breathtaking, turning every moment into something unforgettable. We will certainly return here on our next trip to Crete.

Beautiful hotel and super nice staff! The pools could really use an upgrade however, the outdoor ones as well as the indoor spa pool. They are very basic and outdated-looking especially considering this is a 5* hotel. The outdoor pools were freezing. For guests arriving in September and October, they should really be at least a little bit heated. The extra costs that come with this can’t be that high, as they would only need to be heated for around 1.5-2 months of the entire year. Pools are standard heated in other 5* hotels I’ve been to in autumn, from Egypt to Turkey. The pools were literally colder than the sea😢. The tiles also look outdated and cracks are on the sides of the pool - some nice new mosaic tiles would make the pools look 10x more luxurious, but that is a matter of taste. We did the cooking class which was fun, but for €60 pp I expected to do some actual cooking more, rather than just roll some dough and chop a salad. The location is ideal, just 20 minutes from the airport but very far if you want to drive to popular spots on the island such as Chania or Rethymno. Our room was upgraded into a one bedroom apartment which was very nice, however the flush randomly stopped working and my bf had to use his plumbing skills to fix it. On our last day we couldn’t get it to work at all. Overall we would definitely stay there again because it’s a quiet, green and beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly. The cocktails are delicious too. The mini supermarket is also super handy to have. Small word of advice: for the apartments with a kitchenette you should put standard more dishwasher tabs in the room not just 2 as well as salt and pepper. Ours were empty.
