The hotel concierge was excellent—always willing to help and truly committed to making the most of your stay, from recommendations to organizing activities. I really appreciated the beautiful touches at the hotel entrance, such as the Greek sweets and traditional Christmas treats, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was very nice overall, with a big variety to choose from and everything constantly refilled. The only small suggestion I would make is for fresher or higher-quality bread, but apart from that, it was very satisfying. The sleep quality was outstanding. The pillows were amazing—I honestly had one of the best sleeps ever. Even though my room faced the street and there was some noise initially, the sound insulation is very good, and after a while it becomes extremely quiet. The room temperature was perfect, and overall the hotel feels calm and peaceful. I also appreciated the small complimentary details, such as two free bottles of water, tea, and the ability to boil water to make tea or coffee in the room. The only downside was that the bathroom/toilet area feels a bit outdated and would benefit from renovation, especially the shower. However, everything was spotlessly clean, which made up for it. Parking was easy to find right in front of the hotel, and I was also informed that there is underground parking available. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, with excellent service and great attention to detail.
