We loved staying at Balsamico! The owner Maria and her kids Manos and Stella were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The meals at their restaurant were delish and very reasonably priced. The rooms were super clean. While you will need a car Balsamico is very centrally located and easy to get to other parts of Crete. I would definitely recommend staying there.
