A very clean and well-maintained hotel right on the beach in Agia Triada. The highlight is definitely the outdoor pool and the fantastic indoor spa facilities. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Just be aware that the interior decoration is very heavily 'Baroque' (lots of marble and ornate furniture). It seems like a great, relaxing stay just a short drive from the airport.
