Charming hotel superbly located and gives you a breathtaking view of San Gimignano. The staff were helpful however, I found it rather disappointing that you had to pay €5 to have a pool towel. The towel cannot be changed for a new one unless you are prepared to fork out another €5 each time you swap for a new towel. I have never experienced this before and I found quite unpleasant. Other than that, my stay at this hotel was rather pleasant.
