We absolutely loved staying at the Rivoli Boutique hotel! Highly recommend! The service was immaculate - everyone was super friendly and went above and beyond. The interior decor is outstanding! A very cozy, comfortable, artsy, unique vibe, with brilliant architecture and multiple sitting rooms. The spa was beyond. Through my travel advisor (Fora Travel), we had complimentary daily breakfast, & complimentary access to the spa! The spa included a steam room, sauna, turkish shower, small outdoor pool, inside lounge chairs, and tea. We used it every single night we were there. The rooms were not too small, and recently renovated, and we had plenty of space for all our luggage and shopping. The room had stunning herringbone wood floors and a marble bathroom with a rain shower. I would absolutely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Florence. The location was prime, very close walking to the city center and 2 blocks to the SM Train Station. I will stay again the next time I go to Florence! A big shoutout to Tommaso who made sure our stay was comfortable and that it exceeded expectations (it very much did) and a big thank you to the Rivoli team who all made us feel so comfortable and excited to be in Florence.

Extreamly happy with our stay at Hotel Rivoli. I’ll start off by saying the staff was amazing. Breakfast staff was very welcoming every morning. Bar staff, front desk, everyone was always happy. Location of hotel was very close to train station. Our beds were comfy and good pillows. Breakfast had a good spread. Would stay here again anytime.

Perfect hotel with charisma! Located near the city center. Our room was spacious and had the character of an Italian Palazzo. The breakfast buffet offers all variety in great quality. I want to highlight the extremely friendly staff. They made our stay even more comfortable.
