The hotel location is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-designed. The bed is extremely comfortable. However, the hotel requires significant improvement in customer service and guest management. On the first morning, I was woken up early by loud maintenance and construction work in a neighboring room. The noise was excessive and unacceptable. I contacted reception multiple times and requested that the noise be stopped, but there was no response. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the work would take only one hour; however, the noise continued throughout all days of my stay. I also requested to change my room to a quieter location, but I was informed that no rooms were available, despite the ongoing disturbance. In addition, housekeeping failed to properly refill coffee, tea, and water. When items were requested, they were delivered in an unprofessional manner. Even after asking the staff to ensure proper refills on the following days, the same issue continued. Overall, while the hotel has great potential in terms of location and comfort, it needs major improvement in management, customer service, and guest relations.
