Wow!!!! This place is amazing. From the amenities, the customer service, the food, and the rooms. Amenities: free under ground parking, free breakfast, pool, Turkish spa, sauna, and gym. Food: free breakfast was delicious, as was the dinner at a reasonable price. The customer service alone is fantastic, just above and beyond!! At the breakfast buffet, they made my husband’s egg the way he likes it, no problem. The front desk had a gift and hand written card for our honeymoon, just wow!! Rooms: easy access, no elevators or long hallways just beautiful open air. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. We have been driving around Portugal for the last two weeks exploring and happened upon this gem and it has been by far our best stay yet. We are already planning a return.
