We had a wonderful stay at 138 Liberdade Hotel in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive — the staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The concierge was fantastic, always available on WhatsApp and ready with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and tours during our short stay. The location is unbeatable, right on Avenida da Liberdade, within walking distance of shops, cafés, and major attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The services were excellent — complimentary Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and evening turndown service that refreshed our minibar and water each night. The valet parking and bell services made it easy to manage our car, and the concierge team was available 24/7, always ready to help with anything we needed. We also loved the hotel’s restaurant and bar. The food was fantastic, and the hotel offered a generous 20% discount for guests as well as a free welcome drink, which was such a nice touch after a day of exploring Lisbon. The only minor issue was that our room was on the first floor above the maintenance entrance, and we could hear some noise in the mornings. Aside from that, everything was amazing — the service, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
