This hotel is absolutely stunning! My husband and I stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. The staff were so kind and flexible! We had two early mornings where they offered to pack up a cold breakfast for us to take on our adventures. Our room had an amazing view of the pool/restaurant. Bed was comfortable and clean! Our only complaint was when we checked in they let us know our room was having issues with the air conditioning. They were full so there was not another room for us to change into. Thankfully it was not terribly hot and we slept with the windows open. The only problem is sleeping with the windows open in Lisbon, is it is a big city which comes with a decent amount of noise. However, we were still able to sleep. I do wish we asked for some sort of compensation for this issue, but it slipped my mind. We would stay here based on location and service!
