We are loyal IHG guests and recently had a weekend in Thessaloniki staying at the Holiday Inn. We can truly stay the service was excellent. Check in was smooth, informative and welcoming. We enjoyed the roof top bar with Ioanna her red haired colleague who's name we sadly can't remember, she covered the later shift at the weekend. They were both so kind, smiley and made great drinks. The lower score is for the room being shabby, the hotel is being renovated so we didn't see this as a negative. We will definitely book in again.
