Should count as a 5 star hotel. Everything was good, the food sometimes a little too cold. When you dine in one of the special restaurants you need to pay for drinks. For all inclusive at least one drink should be included. Also it would be nice if you could get your own drinks at dinner, as you have to wait for the waiters which may take a while.

A German senior resort, even all the staff speak german, they could speak in english too but this is a senior hotel barelly young people. Staff are really friendly and great. Compared to other resorts the food its definitely delicious.

Excellent hospitality, fantastic staff, all areas of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the pools and the gardens. Great variety at the buffet and overall impeccable service. A big thank you to the staff of Anissa Beach.
