I have been in this hotel for almost 2 weeks and I was really confortable. Room were clean, Common area such SPA and Gym very easy to use. Food and wine at restaurant were very good too. I recommend the stay.

Shaky Me

I’m giving 4 stars due to the inconvenient non-refundable policy. It seems the hotel uses a third-party service to handle bookings, and if you make a mistake with your dates (as I did on Booking.com), the operator will rudely tell you to “sort it out with Booking.” However, changes are impossible because the hotel is listed as part of a promo campaign, and Booking simply doesn’t have the rights to modify the reservation. In our case, we weren’t asking for a refund, only to change the dates, but this was refused. So, I recommend being extra careful when selecting your dates. We didn’t expect to get a parking spot at the hotel, but there are free parking spaces available within walking distance. The hotel itself and the breakfast are very basic, which matches the price. The staff, however, were all excellent and very helpful, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner in the room. Since we stayed for just one night, we didn’t raise the issue.
