Hotel is missing adequate parking and some spa treatments but it cannot miss 5 stars, mainly because of two reasons: the staff is super friendly and hospitable and the food is great. Our family of four had a dinner in the roof restaurant, all plates were extraordinary and service from the staff was also excellent, making our two small children comfortable as well. That said, the color palette of the walls with the next renovation should be turned much lighter, both in the rooms and the corridors. Playroom and gym were fine. Breakfast was perfect.
