We spent a long weekend here for a wedding, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible. Borgo Castello Panicaglia is a stunning, beautifully kept property. The standout: the AWESOME staff. They are incredibly service-oriented and essentially said "yes" to everything, making our entire stay feel completely effortless and relaxing. We lucked out with perfect weather, meaning plenty of time lounging by the pool and participating in great activities like their pasta-making class. Highly, highly recommend. The castle's small chapel cannot accommodate group ceremonies. However, the venue arranges civil ceremonies in nearby Nocera Umbra (15-minute drive) and provides coordination support. Outdoor ceremonies use the stretch tent system for weather protection.
What if weather turns bad during our celebration?+
A stretch tent covers ceremony and/or dinner areas. For reception meals, an indoor restaurant serves as full backup, ensuring your timeline continues uninterrupted.
Are we locked into exclusive vendor contracts?+
No. The venue welcomes any suppliers you prefer. They also offer optional supplier-sourcing services (€3,000 in 2026, €3,250 in 2027) to handle vendor coordination and day-of logistics.
