We married at Borgo del Carato in September 2025, and what an unforgettable experience it was. The venue is absolutely stunning, set in the Sicilian countryside surrounded by carab groves. This makes it perfect for a quiet retreat -- or to throw a party just like we did! The service was great, we didn't want for anything. The food was really good quality. There was lots to choose from at breakfast. The lunch menu didn't have a great deal of variety, but it was fine for the couple of days we stayed. You could eat inside or out in the courtyard depending on your preference. The in-house catering put on a pasta party for us the night before the wedding, and it was an absolute hit with the guests. Food was top notch and the wine was free flowing. Ourselves and our guests had a fantastic stay. We certainly don't regret choosing Borgo del Carato as our wedding venue!
