I don’t normally post reviews but I felt the need for this stay The hotel itself is lovely—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay quite disappointing. The biggest concern was being overcharged on most of our bills, (so check your bills ) which left a poor impression. On a positive note, the staff in general were friendly especially around the pools. The breakfast service was extremely slow on a few mornings , We waited over an hour for fried eggs and didn't receive so much as an apology. We also waited 45 minutes for the restaurant transfer before eventually giving up, only to discover that it was just a 10-minute walk away. Why offer a service when you can’t actually execute it. We booked half board and were surprised that water was not included with meals. In addition, there was never any salt and pepper on the tables, and service throughout the restaurants was consistently slow. The most disappointing experience was at the Ginepro restaurant. A waiter name Fabrizio was so rude and complained that our children, who are only 4 years old, were too loud. At one point, my daughter was pretending to be a waitress and picked up a glass from another table. Instead of handling the situation politely, he stormed over, snatched the glass from our table, and said, “Not funny.” I have never witnessed such poor behaviour from a waiter. It was completely unnecessary and left us feeling very uncomfortable. Overall, while the hotel facilities are excellent, the poor service at the restaurants will make me consider returning.
