We had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet and felt compelled to leave a review. The quality and variety of the food were excellent, but what truly made our mornings special was the exceptional service from the staff. A special mention must go to Carmen and the whole team, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Friendly, attentive, professional, and always greeting us with a genuine smile, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rest of the breakfast team were equally impressive, consistently attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We travel frequently and stay in many hotels, and the level of hospitality shown by the breakfast staff here is honestly among the best we have ever experienced. They created such a warm and enjoyable atmosphere each morning that it became one of the highlights of our stay. The team are a real credit to the hotel. We would happily stay here again based on their service alone. Thank you to Carmen and ALL of the breakfast staff for making our visit so memorable.
