We had the most incredible stay at Inn Above Tide in Sausalito. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the City Lights spa Suite, and it was honestly the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. We’ve traveled quite a bit, and this place was truly special. The views from the deck are unbelievable, overlooking San Francisco, the bay bridge, the golden gate bridge, and Alcatraz. We spent a lot of time on the deck relaxing and taking it all in, and there's even a private zen garden making it feel extra peaceful. The room itself was gorgeous and incredibly comfortable and spacious, with heated bathroom floors, plush robes, luxury bath products, and a cozy fireplace. There were also so many thoughtful little touches throughout the stay that made everything feel extra special. The included breakfast was delicious, and we also loved the all day coffee and tea along with the wine and cheese hour. The location is perfect, right on the water in the heart of Sausalito, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and welcoming. This felt like a once in a lifetime getaway. We honestly didn’t want to leave.
