Ok so my first two nights I was in the parlor suite, the room looked great at first, joy was quickly replaced with horror as I discovered spiders EVERYWHERE I mean I counted 26 individual ones including baby ones crawling on me on the chair I sat in, then a giant one crawled across the bed I was sleeping in so that was fun, the other thing was the shower was gross with hair from another guest in there and lots of bugs in there as well, not too mention you only get like 10 minutes of hot water before it goes cold on you, they then moved me to another room after I told them about the bugs, luckily the indoor rooms are a bit nicer however the ac doesn't work and just kind of does it's own thing no matter what you set it at, and the shower again is super finicky and takes awhile to heat up. The reason it's 3/5 stars is because the staff is super nice and professional and despite all of this the rooms are asthetically nice looking and clean.
