I feel like I absolutely lucked out finding this place at the last minute. The rooms have all the mod cons and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast on the third floor overlooking Palermo was spectacular. The breakfast buffet staff were so friendly and welcoming- and they remembered your food preferences as soon as you walked in. The breakfast offers a variety of choices, including eggs, bacon, breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and delicious coffee-and fresh squeezed orange juice. But most importantly, it was the level of service I received while I was there. Federico went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay- including arranging a taxi to the airport for a 4 am flight. They even provided a breakfast box before I left. Federico did everything with so much kindness and a smile, as did all the staff. I returned here for the last leg of my trip for a couple of extra days and I honestly think that staying at this hotel made all the difference to my first experience staying in Palermo ❤️
