Dimora Bellini in Palermo, open April–August.
Guests arrive at Dimora Bellini on Via Maqueda, one of Palermo's most storied streets, to discover a centuries-old palazzo transformed into an intimate hotel where stone archways frame Sicilian courtyards and period details whisper centuries of history.
What lingers is the tactile experience—candlelit dinners in vaulted rooms, the warmth of terracotta tiles underfoot, the seamless transition from ceremony to reception without leaving the property's protective walls.
The venue holds 80 guests across multiple rooms, allowing families and wedding parties to flow naturally through interconnected spaces.
The hotel has a nice decoration and comfortable rooms. The staff is also nice, but not very accommodating to guest requests. We had booked rooms with breakfast included, however, due to the departure of our flight we had to leave the hotel at 7 am. Since the breakfast at the hotel is regularly served from 8 am, we missed it, losing our prepaid breakfast. When we asked the lady at the reception whether we could have something to take away or our money refunded, she told us there was nothing we could do. Not the worst thing in the world, yet we did feel unattended.
