Better than ADLON! Absolutely Exceptional, The Best Hotel We Have Ever Stayed In! Everything was perfect, from the welcoming staff and the excellent food to the beautifully designed and well-equipped rooms. When we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and taken to our room by golf cart. As soon as we entered, both the room and the stunning view left us speechless. The entire team was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Every interaction, whether at the reception, in the restaurant or with housekeeping, made us feel truly valued as guests. For the first time in our lives, we felt like we were experiencing real luxury, the kind you usually only see on television. This stay went far beyond our expectations and we will definitely return next year.

A fabulous family week away! We didn’t have high hopes for this hotel after booking it and realising it hadn’t even been built yet.. then the failed start of it opening BUT we arrived late August and everything was lovely. We booked a sea view room which is slightly confusing upon arrival as most of them are not, it’s more Mountain View with a inch of sea - However I spoke to reception about changing rooms and they were excellent at accommodating this the next day to 3111 (view pictured below) Reception was clean, as were the rooms which were cleaned daily and the whole hotel is aesthetically pleasing throughout with great sea views from reception, breakfast area and pool. Halfway through our stay the ‘adults pool’ put into place the adults only rule as people were complaining. A shame as it’s not an adults only hotel.. and its the better pool, it would be nice for them to put the lounge beds by the kids pool aswell. We took our 2 year old with us and she LOVED it. They cater great for kids which sold it for us, free pizza everyday at 12, free juice, water and ice cream. The kids club was also great, Anna was exceptional with our little girl, made her feel comfortable on her first day and then my girl had a friend for life! She couldn’t wait to see her. A emotional leave as we made good friends. Will definitely be visiting OROS again x

We had a wonderful vacation at the resort with our family. The facilities are awesome. Great rooms, nice pools and wonderful views from all areas. It was the first time, we tried a hotel that offered 'all inclusive' and really enjoyed how they managed this. Since it is only an option to go for all inclusive, they also have a la carte restaurants where they prepare truly wonderful food. With ~180 rooms, the hotel is not overcrowded and we got nice tables and benches everywhere at all times. All the staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming, be it in the restaurants or the wonderful staff of the kids club who managed to entertain the little ones and gave the grown-ups a few hours of full relaxation. We will come back - thank you!
