Thank you to all the hard working staff at Makis Hotel for a wonderful holiday. We booked a standard room and was lucky to be allocated a first floor room (room 405) our stay was for 10 nights from 01/09/25. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. The staff around the pool area and the sunbed area on the beach were lovely and polite. Special call out to Katerina, a lovely lady serving drinks around the pool, always with a smile and a little chat. We love Kefalonia and have visited 9 times so far, we feel at home here (like so many other people). We have booked The Makis for next year already as we enjoyed it so much. We will be staying for 14 nights from 02/09. The Makis Hotel is located in a great area of Skala, over the road from the beach and a short walk to the centre of Skala.
