Our family had an outstanding holiday at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The facilities are excellent, the decoration is elegant and beautiful, and the rooms are peaceful and very comfortable. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and truly attentive. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Kika and the concierge team for their exceptional support. They helped us plan our days with wonderful recommendations and amazing places to visit, which made our trip even more memorable.
