This place is difficult to evaluate. We stayed in the just in June opened new building on the first floor. We initially booked the studio apartment because we appreciated a little kitchen and a separate room because we were travelling with a baby. However, we wanted a balcony /terrace as well. We didn't know that All suites do have a terrace or a balcony. Therefore, we actually regret to pay or the upgrade. For two people the junior suite is great, all new and fancy but for families the apartments are probably better. Here I suggest to book the suite with balcony because they are away from the street. The others are directly located at a rather small street but every 10mins a tourist bus is passing your balcony or terrace which is very loud. Loud is also staying at the pool because almost every 15m a plane is landing 5mins alter at the airport. Also, we were disappointed by the daily cleaning as dirty cups were not cleaned or exchanged and the floor was still sandy from the previous day at the beach. Overall, service at breakfast was very friendly and nice. There are quiet a few small families with their babies which was nice for us. Breakfast in the morning was tasty. There is a set menu for 14.99 (not 12.99 like mentioned on booking) ans you can order from the menu. Overall very nice rooms and friendly environment but we wouldn't go there again because of the flight and traffic noise.
