Very disappointing stay. Payment terms were not respected — instead of the agreed 50% before arrival and 50% on arrival, the full amount was charged in advance. Promised baby facilities were missing: no baby cot in the room and no child seat, despite prior confirmation. The rooms had serious hygiene issues, including mold and dust. We were shown several rooms during the night, all with different problems, and had to move rooms while exhausted. I woke up with breathing difficulties, and we did not want to risk our baby’s health by staying longer. The pool area was also in poor condition — dirty surroundings and rusty, partly non-functional equipment. Food quality was below expectations. The staff were polite and tried to offer alternative rooms, but only as a solution to avoid a refund. We ultimately had to leave after one night and find another hotel at our own expense. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families with infants or people with health sensitivities.
