We absolutely adored our stay at Castelli Hotel. It had such a warm friendly feel and nothing was too much trouble. Joanna was incredible with me being gluten free and spoke me through the food daily and at each mealtime. She really was a star and made me feel incredibly safe and at ease. The rest of the staff were lovely and from the moment you stepped through the door they were there to help. The food was lovely and such a good variety and decent quality. The entertainment was great. Pool was lovely and sunbeds were really decent quality. It was such a lovely relaxing holiday !
