We spent 7 nights at Cavo Vezal and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and daily towel changes. The pool area is really nice, although you do need to reserve a spot early in the morning. The gym is decent – typical for hotel standards. The biggest downside was the buffet. While the dishes do change, they are mostly made from very similar ingredients, so it can feel repetitive. The biggest disappointment was the lack of fruit options – apart from watermelon, there was almost nothing else. The à la carte restaurant was fine, but nothing outstanding. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the highlight for us was being able to check into our room as early as 12:00, which we really appreciated. With some improvements to the food, this could be a fantastic experience.
