Amazing hotel we had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious very clean fresh towels every day..very comfortable bed.The staff were exceptional and very professional and friendly …we thoroughly enjoyed the roof top bar for a nightcap. Hotel centrally located close to metro and attractions and great restaurants around the hotel. Will definitely return to the Universo and have recommended to our friends as a fabulous place to stay . Thank you to all the staff for making our stay amazing in Rome.
