We were two families staying here, had one family room and one junior suite. Super clean rooms and the size is great comparing with usual Rome hotels room size. Location of the hotel is fantastic, the suite is newly renovated. The service provided by Roberta since check in and during all the stay was exceptional! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, and truly made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciate it and surely we will return whenever we are in Rome.
