We went here in Sept 2024 for five days. We were looking for an hotel or B&B which was not too far from Lago di Como, offered breakfast, had parking at the property and the room needed to be accessible by elevator. It was difficult to find something near Lago di Como, so we ended up here. The rooms are very modern and convenient. Indeed, the hotel is near the Via Provenciale but we could sleep well at night even with the windows open. The parking lot is huge! Quite different from the typical parking lots near Lago di Como, which is a benefit of the location. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was suitable for us. We loved their cappuccino! We have tried the nearby Cigno restaurant, which was actually surprisingly good! Other times we went to the city of Barzio, about 10 minutes from the hotel, which has some good restaurants. Both Lecco (south-west) and Bellano (west) at the Lago di Como are about a 25 minutes drives, so the distance to Lago di Como is not a real issue. The hotel could improve the breakfast experience by switching off the TV (Italian channel) during breakfast time, which was too loud on the first day (they lowered the volume upon request).
