One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, and the location in Rome is perfect for exploring the city. But what really makes this place special is the staff — everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. A special thank you to Hotel Director Giuseppe Pontrandolfo, who clearly leads by example and creates such a fantastic atmosphere throughout the hotel. You can really feel the pride and passion from the whole team. We left already planning our next visit!
