Anders Mountain Suites in Plose, open June–November.
Seven two-storey suites at 1,850 metres on the Plose, Brixen’s home mountain, rebuilt from the family’s old 70-room guesthouse by architect Martin Gruber into a radical design refuge of warm wood and bare concrete — each suite sixty-five square metres of glass framing the Peitlerkofel, with its own glazed Finnish sauna upstairs.
Host Andreas Plattner, a trained chef, runs the Alpine-Mediterranean restaurant and an honour-system wine cellar, and hosts guests like friends at his own table.
Adults-only and fourteen guests at capacity, Anders is the collection’s elopement pick: marry on the mountain with your absolute closest people, ski in and out in winter, and have Elle Decoration-grade architecture in every frame.

Asked along the way.
How many guests can Anders Mountain Suites host?+
Fourteen at absolute capacity — seven suites of two, adults only (14+). This is an elopement and vow-exchange venue: a full takeover with your closest people, not a reception house. No formal wedding program is published; enquire at info@anders-suites.com.
What does Anders cost?+
Published suite rates run €190–260 per person per night by season. A full seven-suite takeover for a long weekend is one of the most attainable full-buyouts in the Dolomites.
