Hotel's location is excellent, near the old town with many restaurants nearby. Very clean rooms and nice receptionists, especially Theodora. Rooms have interesting designs, depending on the theme. The entrance was hard to find first time, you have to go through stairs and at first it's not clear where the main entrance is. Breakfast was decent, staff very attentive, would've been nice to have more fruits at the buffet, especially since we stayed during summer. Overall we enjoyed our stay, would come here again.

Really nice boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable and beautiful and the staff is welcoming and helpful. No additional amenities on the property aside from your room, but for a small hotel, that’s expected. One con (not directed at the hotel itself) but if you book through almost any third party site, it will advertise parking for this location. This is not true. There is no parking at the hotel and it is very difficult to find any at all in Chania. I would highly recommend skipping the rental and using the hotel’s taxi service.

Staff is great and very helpful. I gave the hotel a 4 for a couple of reasons. There are no additional amenities- no food, bar, pool, or rooftop terrace. Be careful which room you book. Some rooms are a nice size with a Seaview. Others are small or dark. When you turn on the bathroom light at night the entire room lights up. Also, you have to walk with suitcases to the city gate across cobble stones.
