What a wonderful dinner we had at the Restaurant! Get a reservation for sunset and you will be VERY happy you did it. The wine is delicious, I recommend the white. Some of the best white/orange wine I’ve had, super light and goes with everything. The food was also very delicious. The sofrito had a simple white wine garlic sauce with very tender meat. The other main dish had a combination of kumquat and red peppercorn, which I thought was an okay combination. The potatoes were very delicious. The local sausage was very good. The bread was freshly baked with a DELICIOUS sun dried tomato paste. The smoker cheese with kumquat was also very unique, the smoked flavor was good and not too overpowering. The spicy eggplant is an absolute must — very excited to get the cookbook to make this at home. Overall, I decided to just have a dinner here and not to a tour. You are more than welcome to wander the premises with your glass of wine and take photos or stroll through the beautiful vineyard. The grapes are picture-perfect in August.
