I had the pleasure of spending seven wonderful days at Hotel Porto Veneziano this week, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff is absolutely amazing — warm, friendly, and always incredibly helpful. Every wish was fulfilled, and every question was answered with genuine kindness and professionalism. You immediately feel welcome and well cared for from the very first moment. The breakfast and food are excellent, with a great variety and outstanding quality each day. I was fortunate to stay in a room with a beautiful view of the harbor — honestly, what could be more enjoyable than starting and ending the day with such a view? Thank you very much to the fantastic team for making my stay so special. I will gladly return and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania.
