The property sits directly on the Aegean coastline in Elea, combining whitewashed stone architecture with modern suites that open onto terraced sea views.
Originally built as a modest seaside retreat, the structure underwent a comprehensive restoration that retained its authentic Greek character while upgrading facilities for discerning travelers and celebration groups.
I would rate hotel owners hospitality with 5 stars, as well as the newly built hotel building and other rooms which we saw, which were spacious. Location is also great in heart of Elia village and close to the beaches. However our room was very small and modern decoration has sacrificed convenience in staying (i.e limited space to store things and move around, one chair only, very small bathroom with no possibility to hung body towels, you should always use the thick curtains and block natural light because there is no other cover for windows etc). Access to shared terrace with Awesome sunset view.

A comprehensive restoration completed in 2019 preserved its Cycladic architectural elements—whitewashed walls, arched doorways, and traditional stone details—while modernizing all guest suites, dining facilities, and event infrastructure.
Can we accommodate all guests on-property?+
Yes. The 42 suites provide accommodation for up to 110 guests, with additional availability through preferred partner hotels within 5 kilometers. The venue coordinates group transfers for all off-site guests.
