⭐ “Excellent spa experience and very attentive therapist!” My friends and I arrived at Hotel Alcazar in the Algarve before lunch and decided to book massages at the hotel spa shortly after checking in. The lady at reception was very friendly and quickly arranged three treatments for us. I asked for a relaxing massage because I hadn’t slept the night before due to our very early flight. My therapist, Susan, was excellent — very professional and clearly passionate about her work. What really impressed me was her attention to detail. She noticed my nose was blocked while I was lying face down and later placed a towel with menthol oil near my nose so I could breathe more easily. Such a thoughtful touch. A truly wonderful and professional experience. Highly recommended!
