We stayed here as a family of four (with a 4-year-old and an 11-month-old) for 10 days and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest staff throughout the entire hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent — fresh, varied, and something to suit everyone at every meal. We found the bed particularly hard however a call to reception and it was sorted in minutes with a very comfortable mattress topper! Travel cot also had a proper mattress! We visited during Halloween, and the animation team put on a fantastic event — though a bit spooky for our 4-year-old! There was a huge selection of sweets and themed desserts, and the drinks options were always great. The pools were on the cooler side but never crowded, and the kids’ pool was excellent and very safe. There were always plenty of sun loungers available. It’s hard to find any negatives, but a couple of small suggestions: dinner could start a little earlier for families with young children (it begins at 6:30 p.m.), and the playground, while a great facility, could use a bit of maintenance. An on-site self-service laundrette would also be a huge help for families traveling with little ones. It would also be nice to have some plastic or non-breakable plates and bowls in the children’s section of the restaurant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return
